Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing time once your cup has been made. This gives us time to carefully finish your cup, address any air bubbles, check for leaks, and securely package it for safe shipping. We appreciate your patience while we make sure your cup is ready to arrive safely!

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

In the unfortunate situation that your package arrives damaged, you will need to make a claim with your mail courier.

Cup Care

Cups are not microwave or dishwasher safe. They must be hand washed. Do not soak. Scrubbing is strongly discouraged due to potential damage to the design on the outside of the cup.

Please do not leave your cup in a hot or cold car. Do not place in the freezer or the fridge. Extreme temperatures can damage your cup.

All cups will be sent with a Cup Care Card and Microfiber cloth.
